Website enquiries
When you submit a form, the website stores the information you provide, such as your name, email, optional phone number, property address, preferences and message. It also records the form type, submission time, page and campaign parameters attached to the page address.
Robyn Graham at Stonehaus Realty Corp. uses those details to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry is separate from agreeing to receive ongoing marketing emails.
Optional email updates
The marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. The website records your choice and the version of the consent wording. Automated marketing emails are not active in this preview. If you opt in, contact Robyn to change your preference or unsubscribe.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the lead inbox is limited to the site owner through sign-in and a server-side email check. No enquiry details appear on public pages.
Before public launch, the brokerage must confirm the retention period, responsible privacy contact, service providers, data locations and the process for access, correction and deletion requests.
Measurement
This preview has no active Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Conversion events are prepared in the browser without sending form contents to an analytics provider. Anti-abuse controls use a time-limited hash of the connection address to limit submissions.
